In a couple of months, as most of us are aware, junxiang and diwei will be entering NS and hence, i personally hope that all of us would be able to make it for the upcoming event.

Of course, it's not going to be a farewell gathering lah! Haha~ Junxiang hasn't even received his NS notice. But more gatherings prior to farewell would definitely serve as more good, precious memories for them lah (haha, junxiang, i'm presuming that u'll miss us when u go NS! hehe~).

On my part, i would propose that the coming event should be more qualitative than quantitive. It's not "where we're going" that matters, it's "what we'll be doing" that matters. Get my point? Hehe~

So i'll probably suggest something that can allow us to sit together and 38 (san ba, which means "gossip and bitch around"). Say, chalet or BBQ? Or a more budget alternative would be a picnic.

No doubt spending time overseas (mama's proposal of going bintan) is a good way to spend qualitative yet quantitive time with each other, but leaving singapore will incur a certain amount of expense, which i would say, is not very wise considering that we still have students in our mlxc family. I understand that as students, being budget is very important! School fees need $, project need $, and sometimes even lecture notes need $...

So, let's set the overseas plan aside and focus on Singapore ba~ hahaha~ Wait till everyone got the $ and then we'll plan overseas trip k?

Therefore, for now, let's see how we can make the day more fruitful ba.

How about picnic in Haw Par Villa? Wahahahaa~

Or let's go explore Bukit Timah Hill and celebrate at the peak?

Or let's relive the old memories and follow the plan that we had during the day MLXC was formed? The picnic at pasir ris park?

Do participate actively in this discussion k? So that the coming outing can cater to everyone's needs.

By the way, i reckon the coming event should be on Sunday, if possible. I guess Sunday's the only day when most, or highly likely, all of us would be free. So if there's no opposition to having it on Sunday, let's set it this way.

I look forward to seeing more constructive proposals (with budgets included). Haha~
